Summary: "Excellent strength training DVD,"

I do not have time to go to the gym this is a great way to get started with dumbbell weights. If you want to get fit in a short amount of time, this DVD is it! This DVD packs a lot into 30 minutes. If you want a good workout without a lot of nonsense this is it.
Sunshine shows and explains each exercise first very clearly, reminding me to breathe.
All in all, I love this strength training workout with dumbbells.

Great dumbbells exercise program for boomers like me. I am out of shape and wanted to do some simple exercises with dumbbells. This DVD is it. Its very simple and the exercises are easy for me to do and I feel good.
The instructor is not a chatter box, and the voice over clearly explains and motivates, reminding me to breathe and drink water.
The program is about 30 minutes which is great because I am finished before I know it.

This DVD is very good if you are starting out on an exercise program with light weight dumbbells.

I got this easy light weights exercise DVD to start a simple light weights exercise routine.
I use 5 lb dumbbells and feel that my strength has grown in the past few weeks.
The Instructor does the exercises at a good slow pace first explaining the exercise before she does them. She first shows you how to do each exercise and then has you follow along, reminding you to breath and to drink water. At my age, all I really want are some simple, easy to follow instructions on strength training, and that is exactly what Sunshine provides in this DVD.
There is a 5 minute gentle warm up. The exercises with Dumbbells are easy to follow, especially for the inexperienced person like me. There is a gentle cool down with slow stretching, and a beautiful relaxation ends the routine.
I certainly feel a difference in my strength since I started exercising with this DVD.

I Am Greatly Benefiting from this boomers exercises DVD. The instructor clearly explains and demonstrates each exercise before she starts doing the sets.
The warm up, exercises and cool down is thorough and concise. The tempo is perfect for me. I don't feel rushed. This has easy dumbbells exercises, and I feel energized when I finish. I can feel the difference in my Strength and Endurance in just a few weeks since I started. Highly recommended for Boomers like me.

No transition time from exercise to exercise. Little explanation of position for proper lifting. The best part was the end-the relaxing section.
